빅데이터분석연구실(박노성 교수)은 2022년 올 해 탑티어 학술대회 및 저널에 총 17편의 논문(12편의 박노성 교수 책임저자, 5편의 공동지도)을 출판하였다. 관련 연구실적에서 많은 부분을 차지하는 연구분야는 크게 아래의 세가지 분야이다.
● 생성모델인 Score-based Generative Model을 다양한 분야에서 최고 수준의 성능을 보여주고 있다. 특히 Tabular Data Synthesis 분야에서는 기존 방법보다 좋은 성능을 보여주고 있다.

특히 목록에서 4번의 "LORD: Lower-Dimensional Embedding of Log-Signature in Neural Rough Differential Equations" 연구는 긴 시간의 시계열 데이터를 효율적으로 처리하는 Neural Rough Differential Equation의 단점인 큰 차원을 Auto Encoder구조를 이용해 극복함으로써, 작은 차원의 정보만으로도 유사한 혹은 그 이상의 성능을 보여줄 뿐만 아니라 모델의 공간 복잡도에 따른 어려움도 해소했다. 해당 논문은 인공지능 탑티어 학회인 ICLR에서 상위 3%의 리뷰점수를 받았다.
