Professor Seon Joo Kim of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering was awarded the Presidential Commendation at the Information and Communication Day ceremony held on April 22, 2024, for his contributions to technological advancement through the establishment of roadmaps for the four key technologies in the field of artificial intelligence and pioneering research in artificial intelligence. He was honored as the Chairperson of the National Strategic Technology Artificial Intelligence Technology Adjustment Committee.
